FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $50.00 OR MORE!

Domestic Shipping

Purchases from bluestardesigns.ca can only be shipped to destinations within Canada.  Orders are shipped via Canada Post.  Standard shipping rates apply.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local Delivery

BlueStar Designs offers free local delivery within a 12km radius of our location.

*Deliveries are typically made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10am-3pm.  You will be contacted ahead of any delivery.  Arrangements can be made for specific delivery times by contacting us at bluestardesigns01@gmail.com.

Local Pick Up

If you are outside our local delivery area, you can still skip the shipping fee by choosing to pick up your order at 4887 Limebank Rd., Gloucester, ON  K1X 1E8

After selecting local pick up at check out, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-4 days.  We will send you an email when your order is ready.

*Local pick ups are typically on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays from 2pm-6pm.  Other arrangements can be made by emailing us at bluestardesigns01@gmail.com

Delayed Shipment

If you haven't received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bluestardesigns01@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
