Refund policy
RETURNS:
We take great pride in our jewelry and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy, you can start an inquiry for a refund within 14 days of the day you receive your item (s). To start a return, please contact us at bluestardesigns.01@gmail.com using the subject line "Return". To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES:
If you need to exchange your piece please contact us at bluestardesigns.01@gmail.com with the subject line "Exchange". The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REPAIRS:
We understand that jewelry is not immune to breakage. However, every situation is different. We offer a 90 day limited warranty on our pieces. Please forward all questions regarding damages to bluestardesigns.01@gmail.com with the subject line "Damages". We ask that you please attach a photo of the broken or damaged item as well as your order number.
Please note that for exchanges and repairs all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
